Support Local Food!

This Saturday, August 30, the B&B Quality Market (100 N. Rodney) is hosting a street fair from 12 to 5.  There will be food, art, and live music starting at 2.  WEEL and the Growing Community Project will have a table there to sell veggies and do outreach.

Come on out to buy delicious produce grown by our community gardeners and volunteers.  Help support our local food system and increase access to healthy, affordable food.

That means you!  If you have any produce you would like to contribute to this fundraiser, please let me know.  Every little bit will help.  You can drop it off at the market, or if that doesn’t work for you, give me a call and we can work something out.  Money we raise will go to the Growing Community Project.
